Avril and Deryck buy $10 million home

Canadian music supercouple Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley have plunked down $9.5 million for Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler's former Bel-Air home. The eight bedroom home was the set for MTV's Meet the Barker reality show, and boasts ten and a half bathrooms, an elevator, a steam shower, sauna, pool, spa and ten-car garage. Lavigne is selling her Beverly Hills home for $6.2 million.source
