Felony charges against Lindsay dropped

Felony grand theft charges against Lindsay Lohan have been dropped based on insufficient evidence. The allegations originated from a woman who claimed the Georgia Rule actress had stolen a shirt and other clothing from her apartment while she was out of town. The woman alleged that her housesitter had invited Lohan to the home and later told authorities she had given the actress some clothing.
