Looks like World War III has been called off, or at least put on hold.Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson struck a truce over LiLo moving next door to Sam in Venice, Calif., which caused a minor uproar earlier this week.Reports say Lindsay Lohan, who just got out of rehab and "had no idea" she was moving in to the condo directly next door to her ex, apologized to Samantha Ronson for it.Sam not only
